We are proud to announce that SustainoMetric has been awarded “Bronze” Medal by EcoVadis, a sustainability rating agency specialised in assessing environmental performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

EcoVadis evaluates more than 125,000 companies on 21 indicators divided into four categories: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. The evaluation method, which is based on international standards such as the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, ISO 26000 and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), analyses policies, actions, and the results obtained around the four categories. The bronze medal indicates that SustainoMetric is in the top 35% of all rated companies, with the most advanced sustainability processes.

SustainoMetric is committed to providing the best to its client in terms of sustainability research and advice, best to our people, in terms of fulfilling and fair working environment, and its community by supporting girl child education. Earning bronze medal is recognition of the company’s continuous progress thus far and motivates all of us to continue to act in the present while thinking about the future. This year we also aligned our actions with United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.

With sustainability at its core, SustainoMetric pledged to manage its environmental footprint, protect its employees, and conduct business in a manner that safeguards the future. “From the day I founded SustainoMetric, our focus has been to create positive impact through our services, operations, and philanthropy. We have been focussing on designing policies and processes, and more recently tracking our performance on key aspects material to our business. We believe this was the right time for us to go through a third-party validation and EcoVadis is a very recognised name in this area. While we are happy with our achievement, I believe this is not a destination for us.
